Bepska is a modern rustic retreat designed for slowing down. Thoughtfully created by lifelong hospitality professionals, every detail invites you to press pause, reconnect, and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
Start your mornings with coffee in the sun-drenched four-season room, spend your days exploring Door County’s shoreline and trails, and wind down around the fire pit with a glass of wine while your dogs roam freely in the fenced yard.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedroom suites at Bepska are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and restful nights after days spent exploring Door County.
The primary bedroom is peaceful and tucked away, featuring a king bed with hospitality grade mattress, luxury linens, extra pillows and blankets, and a calm, private atmosphere designed for slowing down and recharging. A nearby full bathroom offers a spacious walk in shower, vanity, and clean modern finishes.
The second bedroom suite is ideal for couples traveling together or guests who appreciate additional privacy and independence. Featuring its own private entrance, this suite includes a king bed, private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity, along with thoughtful touches like a cozy sitting bench, dedicated coffee nook, and small desk for remote work. The layout creates a retreat-like feel while still allowing everyone to comfortably gather together throughout the home.
Both bathrooms are stocked with allergy free, eco friendly toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. Hairdryers are also provided for guest convenience.
The main bathroom includes a washer and dryer, making longer stays and outdoor adventures easy and convenient.

Riedel wine glasses, generous prep space, and a warm open layout create the perfect setting for lingering conversations, relaxed evenings, and meals enjoyed together after a day exploring Door County. Whether you’re preparing a full dinner or assembling a spread of local favorites, the kitchen is designed to feel comfortable, functional, and welcoming.
The adjoining dining and living areas continue that same relaxed atmosphere, anchored by a gas fireplace and a large dining table that easily transitions from shared meals to board games, morning coffee, or remote work.
Outdoor Living
Set on five quiet wooded acres, Bepska offers a rare sense of privacy and calm with plenty of room to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.
Just off the four season room, the fenced yard creates an easy indoor outdoor flow that is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or letting your dog stretch out and explore. Please note that while the yard is fenced, smaller dogs may still fit through some fence openings.
As the sun sets, gather around the private fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and benches, or settle into the covered porch sectional beneath the trees.
Safety and Property Notes
External cameras are on 24/7 and monitor the front entrance of the house, and the fire pit area for safety and security; they do not monitor inside the home. We do ask that you respect quiet hours when staying at the property and smoking is not allowed.

Just minutes from Door County’s most loved destinations—3 minutes to Kangaroo Lake, 8 minutes to Baileys Harbor, and 20 minutes to Sister Bay—Bepska offers the perfect balance of convenience and seclusion. Close to it all, yet tucked away enough to feel completely removed.
Check In and Booking Information
Guests enjoy full access to the entire property during their stay. Entry is via a smart lock with a unique access code generated for each stay, allowing for simple, contactless self check in. There is no long checkout list when your stay concludes, simply pack up and head out. After booking, guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload a photo ID to confirm age requirements.
Please note: The Town of Baileys Harbor limits how frequently short-term rentals can turn over, so stays shorter than 7 nights aren't always available on every date. If you're hoping to book fewer than 7 nights, just send us a message and we'll check the calendar to see if we can accommodate it.
